Greg died December 22, 2001 from cancer. He and I were friends since elementary school. He was a veteran of the US AF and retired to Reno, NV. He subsequently moved back to Tacoma to help take care of his ailing Father. It was hard to see a long time friend sit and suffer and not fight to stay alive.
Greg was on our MT Golf Team and was real good......I think he was the #2 out of five member golf team. I never forget now beautiful he struck the golf driver as well as the rest of the clubs.
He was hooked on cigarettes early so maybe that had something to do with his early passing. He had a personally and laugh that made you like him even though he was a little to cocky. Rest inn peace Greg!
