John and I dated our senior year and married two years after graduation. We lived in Bellingham until he graduated from Western. Moved to Seattle and I worked in a medical clinic and he taught junior high metal shop. Moved to Olympia where I worked for an insurance company, and then for a computer company that ran WA State Lottery computers until 1991. John taught auto shop at Tumwater High School until 1988, then employed by Universal Technical Institute as a representative, traveling his territory, Alaska and southwest Washington. I worked from our home assisting in his business during those years until 2003 when we threw in the towel and decided to retire.
John and I love to travel and were fortunate to visit many destinations throughout the world while he was with UTI. Since 2003, we have made many trips around the US and spend a lot of our time at home enhancing our property, where we live on five acres. There is always something to do!

Had three great memory-filled years with great friends and lots of silly times! When gas was 25 cents a gallon!! - cruising from 6th Ave Busch's and Frisco Freeze to Busch's on South Tacoma Way 'round and 'round with the girls in my red Simca!
