Dave Martin passed away on July 24, 2007, in a motorcycle accident. Dave and I were friends through Madison Elementary, Gray Jr High, and Mount Tahoma. After graduation Dave joined the Navy and I joined the USMC. I only saw Dave once after military service, as I think he moved out of state. I only recently found out about his death.
